All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We ship to:

• United Kingdom
• United States & Canada
• Australia & New Zealand
• Select international destinations

For countries not listed at checkout, please contact us at shopmymakeup36@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
• Tracking number
• Carrier name (e.g., Australia Post, USPS, DHL, La Poste)
• Link to track your package

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the email.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

5.1 Delayed Packages
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• High-volume periods (holidays, sales events)
• Carrier operational delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

5.2 Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date:
1. Check your tracking status with the carrier
2. Verify your shipping address

We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.

5.3 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Include your order number and photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5.4 Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
• We will contact you to confirm the correct address
• Additional shipping fees apply for reshipment
• If you choose not to reship, a partial refund (minus original shipping) will be issued

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

6.1 European Union
Prices include VAT where applicable. No additional customs duties for EU deliveries.

6.2 United Kingdom
Orders may be subject to UK VAT and customs duties upon import. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

6.3 United States & Canada
Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. The recipient is responsible for all charges imposed by their country's customs authority.

6.4 Australia & New Zealand
Orders over AUD $1,000 may incur GST and customs duties. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

6.5 Other International Destinations
Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
